What type of payments do you accept?
I accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.  I also accept payment through Paypal where you can use your credit card or bank account.  If you write a personal check, allow 10 days for the check to clear before I start your order. 

How long does it take to get a portrait delivered in the USA?
Please allow 3 weeks to receive your order.  Due to demand, portraits can take up to two weeks, plus shipping time.  I ship everything using USPS Priority Mail. 

Do you provide express shipment service?
I can ship projects with express shipping if requested, but two weeks are still needed to complete the actual portrait. 

How will the package arrive?
Portraits will arrive packaged between stiff cardboard to insure they are not damaged during delivery.  I use USPS Priority mail to ship in the US, and insurance is required. 

Does the price include framing?
I do not provide custom framing. 

This is a gift.  Can I ship it to a different address?
Yes.  Gift wrapping is also available for a small fee. 

What materials do you use?
For murals, I use latex or acrylic paint depending on the size and surface of the wall.  Portraits are drawn with graphic pencils or pen and ink on high quality paper.  Custom artwork varies according to the project.  

Are your murals washable?
You can wash the walls gently after the mural has cured.  I recommend that the surface is never scrubbed and harsh cleaners should never be used.

What kind of surface should my walls have?
Your walls should have a smooth finish.  Grainy textured walls increase the time it takes to paint the mural and therefore the price goes up as well.  If you have doubts about the surface of your walls, please call or email me.

Can I order a pen and ink drawing or pen and ink with watercolor drawing of a person?
No.  At this time, drawings of people are only available as a pencil sketch.
